Officier Cambaceres – La Gravette, Corconne

Categories: ,

Born in Montpellier, Cambaceres rose through the racks of Napoleon’s armies becoming a Brigadier General in 1806, having seen action galore and even having his horse shot dead while under him.

We trust nothing so inconvenient will befall those who sample this excellent, unpretentious vin rouge. If we had a section called “value plonk” on this site then this would be the star inclusion. Highly recommended to keep for those occasions when a second bottle is required?
