This is an infectious little number, artfully blended from locally sourced wines. We’re not going to tell you how we made it!
The name seems appropriate because our base in the south of France is an old olive press, now converted into residential accommodation with cave after cave downstairs where we cook up our concoctions well away from the heat of the day.
Buy a case (or two)… pop a cork and simply enjoy…
