This Pic Saint Loup is a blend of 30% Grenache and 70% Syrah.
A powerful and fruity wine, with a rich red colour, suitable for spicy dishes, red meats and will bring out the best in cream cheeses.
We confidently predict that Pic Saint Loup is on the verge of becoming as popular as Picpoul, which lies just to the west.
This wine is produced from the grapes of the Boyer family exclusively originating from the hamlet of Biranques. You will smell the Garrigue, you’ll taste the sun and there, in the distance, you will start to hear the cicadas!
